Judge Napolitano is right, this is such a bizarre taxation on our actions/inactions as individuals, I believe in order for it to be constitutional it should require an amendment to the US Constituion in order to make it legal, just like the income tax.
In his ruling Roberts basically argued that Congress has the unlimited ability to tax and spend. Sounds like a lefty lib judge to me if you want my opinion.
Justice Kennedy was right in this one ...this law should have been thrown out in its entirety and Congress and the president should have written a constitutional law! Thats HIS job and thats CONGRESSES job isnt it? That's the way it's supposed to work.
What the heck is this Roberts?
I knew something was off when thy rules that States do not have the power to regulate who goes into their boundaries legally or illegally. WTF America do you have a constitution anymore or are we going to be ruled by liberal lawyers who want to ban the ten commandments, God and the constitution itself?
Remember, this is the same week the USSC ruled that States don't have a right to enforce their own laws when those laws are even in compliance with federal law that the federal government has chosen not to enforce. Republicans, the Tea Party, Conservative intellectuals, activists, and veterans have a real uphill battle here. A good start would be by ensuring no more liberal sleepers get into the Supreme Court such as Bush's Roberts and Reagan's Oconner. Its going to get time to get this country back to the rule of law.
